QQ邮箱之绑定自己域名

上午收到QQ的系统邮件，一看是邀请试用绑定域名这功能的。可惜早已用了google app，懒得折腾。QQ的邮件服务，算是腾讯为数不多的受业界极度好评的一个产品了，而且在不断完善。很多功能和细节都很人性化，有些地方走在了gmail前面。目前似乎一个域名只能创建10个邮箱，支持分组。不过以腾讯的德行，肯定会跟会员制度挂钩，不同的等级会有不同的邮箱上限的。对此我深信不疑。

哇哈哈，网摘又开始更新了……抽个时间得换个简洁的主题，再简单做下优化。这网速和蜗牛比赛，结果还真不好预测。。。

Warlmart marketplace for 3 party

Walmart 进军3P平台

打开google reader，发现这家伙出镜率不是一般的高，原来walmart的网上商城也开始提供marketplace(WMMP)了。去到walmart.com一看，首页的宝贵位置就在强调它的WMMP：more of what you’re looking for – for less。但是现在的平台并没有开放，目前只有ebag，proteam和csnstores这三家，而且从搜索页无法判断哪些产品是3P的。

从产品页面看（看看这里），和amazon有点像，new retailer, no rating，不过不知道它这的rating指的是retailer的还是产品的。第一印象里最大的差别是条款。它的shipping，payment，policy这些全在产品页面显示，不像amazon还要点几次鼠标才能看到。和娱乐圈唱而优则演一样，B2C做大了就转而提供平台。等以后多了，估计各个平台在产品类比上的区别会比较明显。

前几天还在论坛上给别人说，客服是在前线的同志，前线阵脚都乱了，后方再有什么妙计效果也不会好到哪去。然后今天就看到这文章。。。想起年初和一个客服MM闲聊时碰出来的想法，客服外包。当时想到最大的问题是客户数据开放程度，后来没有更进一步的想。今天再补充一下，如果是再配以一个CRM，那么当拥有的客户数据足够多的时候，就不只是客服外包了。比你更了解你的客户并不是一句空话。
